On Sunday October 21, Hannah Robinson, Luke Robinson, Jonty Tapply and Chelsea Tapply from the Jindabyne Amateur Swimming Club competed in the ACT Development series held at the Australian Institute of Sport in Canberra with some outstanding results.
From a combined 16 swims there were 15 personal best times broken. Each swimmer visited the podium with several top three placings.
Both Luke Robinson and Chelsea Tapply competed in their first 200m Individual Medley with excellent times and results.
Hannah Robinson achieved three first places and one third place with four personnel best times.
Luke Robinson achieved three first places, one third place and one fourth place with five personal best times.
Jonty Tapply achieved three first places with four personal best times. Chelsea Tapply achieved two second places and one sixth place with two personnel best times. A great performance, well done.
On a local level several swimmers broke their personal best times and the relegation times for the distances they were competing in.
This now sees them swimming in the next distance up for that stroke.
