The Snowy River Shire Council has decided to start repair work on the Lake Jindabyne foreshore a week earlier than anticipated, on Monday March 10. It will take about four weeks.
The move is being made following monitoring the lake levels to determine suitability of undertaking the work.
During the work some restrictions will be placed on pedestrian access to the footpath and car park. The revised start date will ensure all works along Banjo Paterson Park foreshore are complete before Easter, in particular for the Lake Light Sculpture event.
