Snowy River Shire Council advises road works started on Tuesday on Kosciuszko Road and Alpine Way and will continue for about three weeks, weather permitting. The works include pavement rehabilitation and sealing works on various sections of the Kosciuszko Road between Cooma and Jindabyne and on the Alpine Way between Jindabyne and the Kosciuszko National Park boundary.
Residents and motorists are advised that short delays will occur during this period to enable the works to proceed. Council has issued a public apology for any inconvenience to road users whilst this essential work is undertaken.
