The crews include new trainees and graduates - young and strong - and some who've got plenty of dragon boat experience.
The last win for Snowy Hydro came in 2008, and they're keen to get on the podium again. Some of that winning crew are on board again, so there'll be plenty of experience.
Their secret plan is enthusiasm, muscle and adrenalin - a heady mix which should see Snowy Hydro take on the Corporate crews from the front.
