Tegan Molloy, 16-year-old local downhill mountain biker, has won her first Elite Women's Victorian state round at Kinglake.
The third round of the Victorian state round was held at the weekend.
Tegan improved in her seeding run by four seconds to up set the series leader. This follows a second at Maldon and a third at Mount Taylor in October.
She is now placed second in the series and has her sights on top spot.
Tegan has had a great two months, demolishing the field in the Elite Women's category by 25 seconds on her home track at Thredbo late in November in the final round of the NSW series.
These results coincide with a new sponsorship deal with the Kona Factory Team.
Some of Tegan's riding videos can be viewed on the team's facebook site.
Tegan is now in training for the Australian National Series where she hopes to gain selection to the Australian team for the World Championships in South Africa in August next year.
