The weekend saw nine Jindabyne swimmers competing in the Batemans Bay carnival on Saturday and then fronting up on Sunday for the Eden carnival.
All swimmers showed they are continually improving with several swimmers beating their personal best times and finding themselves in the medals. Molly Nicholl put in an outstanding effort considering she was unable to train prior to the weekend due to illness and she was still recovering.
Some of the highlights from the Batemans Bay carnival - and there were many- include:
Our youngest swimmer Chelsea Tapply broke two seconds off her 50mtr freestyle and four seconds off her 50mtr breaststroke. Luke Robinson picked up one first place, two second places and two third places for his age group.
