As the snow begins to melt so do the foundations of three separate companies operating in the Snowy Mountains.
High Country Resorts and High Country Real Estate Services and Alpine World were placed under the administration of receivers Corporate Insolutions, Sydney last month.
ASIC documents show High Country Resorts and High Country Real Estate Services was placed under administration on August 31 and international alpine travel wholesaler Alpine World is in the process of being deregistered.
High Country Real Estate Services is responsible for running Raine and Horne Jindabyne, while Alpine World boasts to be Australia’s largest provider of international and domestic Ski Holidays with over 29 years experience.
A report in the Australian Financial Review said the three businesses were now in the control of administrator Gavin Moss but are continuing to trade as normal and are now for sale.
